Reservation
We hold and manage bookings on your behalf.
Reservation is the line for a booking that has to be taken, held and watched. We book in your name, keep it on one file, and deal with the airline, the property or the operator when something moves. That covers accommodation as squarely as anything else: if the thing to hold is a room, a lodge or a camp, this is the same desk and the same file.
What can be held, and on what terms, is set by the supplier on your booking rather than by us, so our desk confirms the conditions on yours in writing before anything is committed. Nothing here is held on a promise we cannot keep.
