1. About us & these terms

Pin Destinations is a Tanzanian travel agency arranging flights, safaris and tours, hotels, and visa assistance. By booking with us or using this site you accept these terms.

We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published here on the date of your booking.

2. Bookings & the agency role

For flights, hotels and third-party services we act as an agent for the airline, hotel, park authority, or operator that actually provides the service. Their own conditions of carriage or booking apply in addition to ours.

A booking is confirmed only when we have received payment (or an approved corporate credit authorisation) and issued a ticket, voucher, or written confirmation.

3. Prices & payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and include our service fee and applicable taxes as itemised at checkout; a payment-gateway surcharge may apply. Prices can change until a booking is confirmed.

We accept M-Pesa, Airtel Money, Tigo Pesa and card payments through our payment partners. You confirm you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

Park entry fees, government taxes, visa consular fees and fuel surcharges are estimates where noted and may be adjusted by the relevant authority.

4. Travel documents & responsibilities

You are responsible for holding a valid passport, the correct visas, and any required vaccinations (for example yellow fever where applicable). We provide guidance and visa assistance but cannot be liable for entry refused due to invalid documents.

You must give accurate traveller details. Names on tickets must match passports exactly; corrections may incur airline fees.

5. Changes, cancellations & refunds

Changes and cancellations are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy and by the supplier's rules, which can be strict or non-refundable for flights and peak-season safaris.

Refunds, where due, are paid to the original payment method less non-recoverable supplier costs and our service fee.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any booking is limited to the total service fee we charged for that booking. We are not liable for the acts or omissions of airlines, hotels, park authorities, or independent operators, nor for events beyond our reasonable control (weather, strikes, wildlife conditions, force majeure).

Travel insurance is strongly recommended for every trip.

7. Conduct on safari & tours

You agree to follow the lawful instructions of guides and park authorities and to respect wildlife, protected areas, and local communities. We may end a service without refund where safety or conduct requires it.
